Recipies

- 15ml sirop de fleur de sureau
- 50ml gin
- 25ml elderflower liqueur (or add another 25ml gin)
- ice
- 75ml chilled sparkling wine
Mix the sirop, gin and ice in a cocktail shaker, and shake until chilled. Strain into your desired glass, and top with your favorite sparkling wine.
